Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us promptly at info@kapbrosltd.com with your order details and an unpacking video so the issue can be reviewed.

Important: Claims of breakage cannot be reviewed without an unpacking video.
