  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Plants must be returned in their original healthy condition
  • For damaged/broken items: Unboxing video is mandatory

Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or store credit (as per your preference).

  • Seeds and soil products (hygiene reasons)
  • Perishable plants (after 7 days)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

🔄 Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items of equal or greater value. Exchange shipping costs may apply.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

Important: Please record an unboxing video of your delivery. Claims for damaged or defective items will only be processed with video proof.
